Mrs. Maryln Lane Johnson, age 64 of Stuart, Virginia passed away peacefully at the SECU Hospice Center in Yadkin, North Carolina. She was born in Montgomery County, Virgina on January 1, 1959 to the late James M. Lane and Betty Dalton Lane. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Craig Johnson.
Mrs. Johnson is survived by two children, Aaron Thomas Worley, and wife, Kayla of Lawsonville, North Carolina, and Jennifer DeCosta and husband, Michael of Summerville, South Carolina; one very special granddaughter, Alyvia DeCosta; one brother, Jimmy Lane and wife, Molly of Figsboro, Virginia; one nephew, Ricky Morgan Lane; one niece, Renee Kendrick; three aunts; and many dear friends.
A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Bart Santucci officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home on Wednesday morning. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to SECU Hospice Care Center of Yadkin, 243 N. Lee Avenue, Yadkinville, NC 27055.
