A discussion about a proposed project by Fairy Stone Solar that was listed on the Patrick County Board of Supervisors September 11 agenda will be postponed until November at the request of the company. County Administrator Tim Hall said the company alerted the county that it will not have a representative available to attend tonight’s meeting.
