Visitors of all ages turned out Saturday for the Patrick County Ag Expo in Stuart for equipment and power tool demonstrations, small livestock. Children and animals alike rode one of the popular attractions, the Spencer-Penn pig cookin’ train — a tractor pulling barrel cars fitted with seats. The event was also supported by Patrick County Farm Bureau, Virginia Cooperative Extension, and Stuart Rotary.
John Wood, left and also of Woods Cold Storage, was available to field questions at the expo, which featured livestock, demonstrations and games for all ages.
James Wood (left) answered questions about some of the equipment available at Wood’s Cold Storage.

From small livestock to live demonstrations of various equipment, the expo offered something for all ages, including several attractions and games for youngsters.
