In Critz, surveys are available at Gill’s Grocery and Bowles Corner Market.
Patrick Springs locations are Friendly’s; Piedmont Community Services and M&M’s Store. Paper copies of the survey are available in Stuart at the Patrick County Veteran’s Memorial Building; Patrick Henry Community College – Stuart site; Circle K and the Patrick County Branch of the Blue Ridge Regional Library. In Woolwine, surveys are available at Orchard View; Robert’s Market; Diana’s; Country Convenience; Fairy Stone State Park; Kritcket’s Country Salon. In the Meadows of Dan/Vesta area, hard copies are available Meadows of Dan Food Market, Poor Farmer’s Market, and Jane’s Café. Paper copies of the survey also were sent home with students.
