Additional sites announced for broadband surveys

Patrick officials announced additional drop-off and pickup locations for a survey that is considered the first step in addressing broadband issues.


In Ararat, hard copies of the survey may be picked up and dropped off at: Dan River Grocery; Claudville Café; Dry Pond Café; Lee’s Kar-Go; Willis Gap Grocery; Ararat Grocery and Boyd’s Restaurant.

In Critz, surveys are available at Gill’s Grocery and Bowles Corner Market.

Patrick Springs locations are Friendly’s; Piedmont Community Services and M&M’s Store.

Paper copies of the survey are available in Stuart at the Patrick County Veteran’s Memorial Building; Patrick Henry Community College – Stuart site; Circle K and the Patrick County Branch of the Blue Ridge Regional Library.

In Woolwine, surveys are available at Orchard View; Robert’s Market; Diana’s; Country Convenience; Fairy Stone State Park; Kritcket’s Country Salon.

In the Meadows of Dan/Vesta area, hard copies are available Meadows of Dan Food Market, Poor Farmer’s Market, and Jane’s Café.

Paper copies of the survey also were sent home with students.
