Patrick County Public Schools is canceling all after school activities today due to the potential for severe weather early this evening.
Elementary school buses will be delayed 20 minutes due to weather conditions.
The National Weather Service in Blacksburg has issued a tornado watch until 7 p.m. tonight and a flash flood watch remains in effect through Wednesday morning, Aug. 18.
