Parade goers from many areas clamored to the Meadows of Dan Christmas Parade Saturday to enjoy a taste of the holiday season. A secret panel of judges determined the winners among the myriad of entries. Organizers said Hulks Helping Hands Rescue was selected as the first-place winner, followed the Mayberry Church float in second place. Third place winner was the Goat Float (pictured) by Jonathan and Jacque Wood.
