The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
*Fritz Robert Weiss, 72, of Stuart, was charged Jan. 31 with one count each drive while intoxicated and interfere with property rights of another. Senior Deputy Douglas Perry was the arresting officer.
*Skylar Dix, 30, of Patrick County Jail, was charged Jan. 31 with assault. Inv. R. Haynes was the arresting officer.
*James Michael Lawson, 32, of Stuart, was charged Feb. 2 with assault. Sgt. L.K. Carroll, Jr., was the arresting officer.
*Joseph Eugene Dodd, 29, of Stuart, was charged Feb. 1 with fail to appear. Roanoke PD made the arrest for Patrick County.
*Clarance Dale Hall, 47, of Floyd was charged Feb. 4 with fail to appear. New River Valley Regional jail made the arrest for Patrick County.
*Joshua Christopher Herring, 40, of Lawsonville, N.C., was charged Feb. 4 with possess Sch. I or II drugs. Sgt. J.C. Fortner was the arresting officer.
*Ivy Rayne Hollinger, 31, of Stuart, was charged Feb. 4 with one count each possess ammunition by convicted felon and possess Sch. I or II drugs. Lt. D.L. Foley was the arresting officer.
*Konni Nicole Howe, 55, of Stuart, was charged Feb. 4 with assault. Sgt. C.L. Elgin was the arresting officer.
*Franklin D. Rose, Jr., 39, of Stuart, was charged Feb. 5 with 10 counts of violation of protective order. Inv. Tennille E. Jessup was the arresting officer.
