Arrests reported

The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

*Jonathan Kendall Lamm, 36, of Stuart, was charged March 23 with drive while intoxicated. Senior Trooper L.G. Foley was the arresting officer.

*Tyler Benjamin Brockney, 24, of Stuart, was charged March 24 with three counts probation violation. Sgt. L.K. Carroll, Jr., was the arresting officer.

*Amanda Prillaman, 38, of Stuart, was charged March 24 with one count each destruction of property, conspire to break and enter building with intent to commit larceny, break and enter building with intent to commit larceny, and petit larceny. Inv. J.W. Kruse was the arresting officer.

*Joyce Charles, 41, of Stuart, was charged March 24 with one count each destruction of property, conspire to break and enter building with intent to commit larceny, break and enter building with intent to commit larceny, and petty larceny. Inv. J.W. Kruse was the arresting officer.

*Joseph Brooks Iddings, 41, of Stuart, was charged March 24 with one count each destruction of property, conspire to break and enter building with intent to commit larceny, break and enter building with intent to commit larceny, and petty larceny. Inv. J.W. Kruse was the arresting officer.

*Tyler Benjamin Brockney, 24, of Stuart, was charged March 24 with one count each destruction of property, conspire to break and enter building with intent to commit larceny, break and enter building with intent to commit larceny, and petty larceny. Inv. J.W. Kruse was the arresting officer.

*River Lee Helms, 26, of Woolwine, was charged March 25 with assault. Sgt. J.G. Pickerel was the arresting officer.

*Terry Lee Cardwell, Jr., 55, of Madison, NC, was charged March 26 with one count each petit larceny, possession of burglarious tools, and break and enter building with intent to commit larceny. Sgt. J.C. Fortner was the arresting officer.

*Dionte Morris Nowlin, 22, of Stuart, was charged March 27 with one count each stalking and threat in writing. Deputy J.L. Fain was the arresting officer.

*James Nelson Thompson, 25, of Bassett, was charged March 28 with two counts probation violation. Henry County made the arrest for Patrick County.

*Bryant Lee Perkins, 44, of Stuart, was charged March 28 with assault. Inv. Tennille E. Jessup was the arresting officer.

*Joshua Coy Reed, 45, of Martinsville, was charged March 29 with probation violation. Henry County made the arrest for Patrick County.

*Harvey Lee Edwards, Jr., 23, of Claudville, was charged March 30 with fail to appear. Sgt. L.K. Carroll, Jr., made the arrest for Pulaski County.

*Dale Anthony Helms, 28, of Henry County Jail, was charged March 30 with eight counts of probation violation. Henry County made the arrest for Patrick County.

*Amber Leigh Wyatt, 36, of Collinsville, was charged April 1 with fail to appear. Henry County made the arrest for Patrick County.

*Amber Renee Scott, 37, of Stuart, was charged April 2 with one count each credit card fraud, attempt to commit credit card fraud, and ID theft. Senior Deputy C. Gilbert was the arresting officer.

*Christopher Bryan Vernon, 54, of Stuart, was charged April 2 with drive while intoxicated. Deputy C.L. Adkins was the arresting officer.

*Lori Hollandsworth Blais, 35, of Stuart, was charged April 3 with fail to appear. Martinsville PD made the arrest for Patrick County.

*Jonathan Robert Forcier, 31, of Patrick County Jail, was charged April 3 with two counts probation violation. Sgt. E.J. Litz made the arrest for Grayson County.

*George Kevin Rucker, 42, address unavailable, was charged April 4 with drive motor vehicle while license is revoked/suspended. Deputy C.L. Adkins was the arresting officer.

*Jeffrey Andrew McFarlane, 73, of Stuart, was charged April 7 with assault. Inv. J.W. Kruse was the arresting officer.

*Marque Javon Carter, 32, of Collinsville, was charged April 7 with fail to appear. Sgt. E.J. Litz was the arresting officer.

*Jonathan Lee Rivers, 41, of Collinsville, was charged April 8 with five counts probation violation. Henry County made the arrest for Patrick County.

*Vernon Leon Charles, III, 40, of Patrick County Jail, was charged April 9 with two counts of probation violation. Senior Deputy H.R. Hylton made the arrest for Franklin County.

*Casey Marie Henderson, 38, of South Boston, was charged April 10 with fail to obey court order. Senior Deputy Douglas Perry was the arresting officer.

*William Jason Ayers, 43, of Mt Airy, NC, was charged April 10 with fail to appear. Senior Deputy H.R. Hylton was the arresting officer.

*Elvis Xavier Santiago Rivera, 28, of Patrick County Jail, was charged April 10 with five counts probation violation. Senior Deputy H.R. Hylton was the arresting officer and Deputy T. Dalton made the arrest for Martinsville.

*Steven Keys, 38, of Bassett, was charged April 15 with four counts of probation violation. Henry County made the arrest for Patrick County.

*Isreal Jacob Davis, 26, of Mt. Airy, N.C., was charged April 16 with grand larceny. Sgt. I.R. Wood was the arresting officer.

*Amber Dee Horton, 43, of Ararat, was charged April 16 with contribute to delinquency of a minor. Inv. F.M. Hubbard was the arresting officer.

*Nathan Eugene Bedsaul, 40, of Stuart, was charged April 17 with fail to appear. Senior Deputy C.A. Merriman was the arresting officer.

*Stacey Rae Biggs, 31, of Critz, was charged April 17 with fail to appear. Henry County made the arrest for Patrick County.

*Brandon Ashley Royal, 44, of Martinsville, was charged April 17 with two counts of probation violation. Martinsville PD made the arrest for Patrick County.

*Ray Darryl Horsley, 56, no address available, was charged April 17 with two counts of probation violation. Henry County made the arrest for Patrick County.

*Christopher Lee Penn, 43, of Patrick Springs, was charged April 18 with assault. Senior Deputy N.A. Wolfe was the arresting officer.

*Tony James Dupree II, 33, of Mt. Airy, NC, was charged April 19 with one count each assault and prevent/delay communication. Deputy J.L. Fain was the arresting officer.

*Terry Wayne Glenn, 51, of Stuart, was charged April 19 with violation of protective order. Senior Deputy M.R. Hodges was the arresting officer.

*Freddie Lee Kendrick, Jr., 22, of Woolwine, was charged April 20 with violation of home/electronic incarceration. Sgt. C.L. Elgin was the arresting officer.

*Terry Lee Cardwell, Jr., 55, of Madison, N.C., was charged April 20 with one count each interfere with property rights of another and petit larceny. Sgt. J.C. Fortner was the arresting officer.

*William Daniel Fitzgerald, 34, of Bassett, was charged April 21 with three counts probation violation. Sgt. L.K. Carroll, Jr., was the arresting officer.

*Edward Earnest Barnes, 68, of Martinsville, was charged April 21 with two counts of probation violation. Martinsville PD made the arrest for Patrick County. 

*Dionte Nowlin, 22, of Patrick County Jail, was charged April 24 with five counts probation violation. Deputy T. Dalton was the arresting officer.

*Christopher Wayne Bowman, 37, of Stuart, was charged April 11 with one count each fail to comply with terms of bond and false identity to LEO. Senior Deputy N.A. Wofle was the arresting officer.

*Terry Wayne Glenn, 51, of Stuart, was charged April 12 with fail to appear. Master Deputy M.T. Rorrer was the arresting officer.
