Arrests Reported

The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

*Brikk Michael Bennett, 36, of Spencer, was charged June 26 with violation of protective order. Senior Deputy A. Kinney was the arresting officer.

*Kevin Ray Belcher, 40, of Bassett, was charged June 28 with fail to appear. Deputy C.L. Adkins was the arresting officer.

*Noah David Donnely, 32, of Woolwine, was charged June 28 with DWI. Senior Trooper J.N. Mabe was the arresting officer.

*George Kevin Rucker, 42, of Stuart, was charged June 30 with two counts of drive motor vehicle with revoked/suspended license and one count grand larceny. Senior Deputy N.A. Wolfe was the arresting officer.

*Jade Anthony Phillips, 23, of Stuart, was charged July 1 with malicious bodily injury. Senior Deputy R.S. Martin was the arresting officer.

*Latasha Ann Emerson, 43, of Stuart, was charred July 2 with five counts obtain money by false pretense and one count each credit card fraud and credit card forgery. Martinsville PD made the arrest for Patrick County.
