The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
*Marlin Bradley Dehart, 59, of Woolwine, was charged Aug. 29 with one count each monument: intentional damage and assault. Lt. D.L. Foley was the arresting officer.
*Kevin Ray Belcher, 42, no address available, was charged Aug. 30 with one count each drive motor vehicle while license revoked or suspended, disregard law enforcement command and continue to drive – endanger, and operate ATV on public highway/public property. Sgt. J. Pickerel was the arresting officer.
*William Edward Roberts, 46, of Claudville, was charged Aug. 30 with two counts probation violation and one count fail to appear. Martinsville PD made the arrest for Patrick County.
*David Edmond Kuser, 71, no address available, was charged Aug. 31 with trespass. Sgt. L.K. Carroll Jr. was the arresting officer.
*Karson William Foley, 30, of Stuart, was charged Aug. 31 with two counts probation violation. Senior Trooper J.N. Mabe was the arresting officer.
*Jordan Kobie Miller, 28, of Patrick County Jail, was charged Sept. 1 with two counts probation violation. Sgt. T. Dalton made the arrest for Henry County.
*Jordan Anthony Capps, 25, of Stuart, was charged Aug. 21 with one count each suffocation, assault, prevent/delay communication, and make bomb threat. Senior Deputy N.A. Wolfe made the arrest for Carroll County.
*Timothy Dean Midkiff, 55, of Stuart, was charged Aug. 22 with possess Sch. I or II drugs. Senior Deputy M.R. Hodges was the arresting officer.
*Bryant Lee Perkins, 46, of Stuart, was charged Aug. 24 with one count each assault and violation of protective order. Senior Deputy C. Gilbert was the arresting officer.
*Barry Thomas Lawless, 63, of Meadows of Dan, was charged Aug. 24 with drive while intoxicated. Lt. D.L. Foley was the arresting officer.
*Tyrone Cornelious Scales, 34, of Stuart, was charged Aug. 25 with fail to appear. Senior Deputy J.S. Kendrick was the arresting officer.
*Kenneth Ray Hayden Jr., 45, no address available, was charged Aug. 26 with probation violation. Sgt. W.L. Higgs was the arresting officer.
*April Marie Sepeda, 33, of Mt. Airy, N.C., was charged Aug. 26 with assault. Sgt. J.C. Fortner was the arresting officer.
*Juan Cruz Manzotti, 40, of Ararat, was charged Aug. 26 with assault. Sgt. J.C. Fortner was the arresting officer.
*Sheena Williams Fitzgerald, 41, of Claudville, was charged Aug. 27 with fail to appear. Senior Deputy M.R. Hodges was the arresting officer.
*Keyona Tyshell Redd, 24, of Axton, was charged Aug. 27 with fail to comply with terms of pretrial services. Henry County made the arrest for Patrick County.
