The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
*David Allen Fulk, 57, of Ararat, was charged Oct. 3 with drive while intoxicated. Lt. D.L. Foley was the arresting officer.
*Gavin Isaiah Hill, 21, of Stuart, was charged Oct. 3 with drive while intoxicated. Lt. D.L. Foley was the arresting officer.
*Leah Marie Hickman, 37, of Stuart, was charged Oct. 4 with one count each drive while intoxicated and assault. Lt. D.L. Foley and Senior Deputy N.A. Wolfe were the arresting officers.
*Robert Lee Bedsaul, 43, of Meadows of Dan, was charged Oct. 5 with fail to appear on felony offense. Senior Deputy B. Fields made the arrest for Carroll County.
*Hannah Nicole Miller, 27, of Bassett, was charged Sept. 28 with one count each possess methamphetamine with intent to sell and distribute. Senior Deputy M. Nester made the arrest for Franklin County.
*Brandon Lewis Ramsey, 36, of Spencer, was charged Sept. 28 with identity theft. Senior Deputy C.L. Adkins was the arresting officer.
*Russell Hall, 60, of Spencer, was charged Sept. 29 with one count each sodomy and aggravated sexual battery. Inv. D. Dillon was the arresting officer.
*Rylon Lee Robertson, 23, of Reidsville, N.C., was charged Sept. 30 with grand larceny of firearm. Sgt. M.T. Rorrer was the arresting officer.
*Wayne Green Marshall III, 36, of Meadows of Dan, was charged Sept. 22 with two counts each abuse/neglect child and animal cruelty. Inv. Tennille E. Jessup was the arresting officer.
*Debra Kay Parks, 54, of Claudville, was charged Sept. 12 with drive while intoxicated. Trooper D. Bryant was the arresting officer.
*Keisha Gwynn, 38, of Ararat, was charged Sept. 17 with one count each abuse/neglect child and brandishing/pointing firearm. Inv. Linda Martin was the arresting officer.
