Arrests reported

The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

*Teddy Ray Goins, Jr., 42, of Patrick County Jail, was charged Feb. 11 with probation violation. Deputy B.L. Vipperman was the arresting officer.

*Ronald Scott Richards, Jr., 30, of Blacksburg, was charged Feb. 13 with one count each intentional damage to a monument, assault on law enforcement officer, attempt to break and enter building, and assault and battery on law enforcement officer. Deputy J.C. Fortner and Deputy I.R. Wood were the arresting officers.

*Catherine Tiffen Spainhour, 32, of Patrick County Jail, was charged Feb. 14 with probation violation on felony offense. Sgt. E.J. Litz made the arrest for Carroll County.

*William Edward Roberts, 42, of Martinsville, was charged Feb. 14 with fail to appear. Deputy M.T. Rorrer was the arresting officer.

*Tony Lee Epperson, 49, of Patrick County jail was charged Feb. 15 with two counts of violate protective order. Inv. Tennille E. Jessup was the arresting officer.

*Randall Kinrod Hylton, 43, of Patrick County Jail, was charged Feb. 17 with probation violation. Deputy T. Martin was the arresting officer.

*Jacob Dean Kisamore, 21, of Patrick Springs, was charged Feb. 17 with one count each false report to law enforcement officer about commission of crime and hit & run unattended. Deputy M.L. Harris was the arresting officer.
