Sheriff Dan Smith reports the following arrests:
• Shelby Wilmoth, 47, of Ararat, was arrested Nov. 7 for interfering with the property rights of another.

• Haley Rose Gallagher, 22, of Ararat, was arrested Nov. 7 for interfering with the property rights of another.

• Clyde Norman Sutphin, 59, of Stuart, was arrested Nov. 8 for possession of a firearm by a non-violent felon convicted within 10 years and for possession of ammunition by a convicted felon.
Deputy J.G. Pickerel made the arrest.
• Maria Victoria Pero, 32, of Stuart, was arrested Nov. 9 for capias: failure to appear in court.
Deputy Brad Holt made the arrest.
• Kimberly Dawn Howell, 44, of Stuart, was arrested Nov. 9 for capias: failure to appear in court.
Deputy Cole Newman made the arrest for Martinsville City.
• Robbie Steven Goff, 21, of Patrick Springs, was arrested Nov. 9 for pointing/brandishing a firearm/etc.
Deputy Lewis Carroll made the arrest.
• Angela Stump, 39, of Bassett, was arrested Nov. 9 for bad checks: two or more in 90 days with a total equal to or greater than $200 and for four counts of bad checks: larceny, with a total less than $200.

• Mario Jerome Hairston, 33, of Patrick Springs, was arrested Nov. 9 for driving with a suspended or revoked license and possession of marijuana, first offense.

• William Wesley Webb, 29, of Laurel Springs, N.C., was arrested Nov. 10 for capias: failure to comply with the terms of probation.

• Jeffrey Howard Richards, 36, of Fincastle, was arrested Nov. 11 for unauthorized use of a vehicle with a value equal to or more than $200.
Deputy J.W. Kruse made the arrest for Roanoke County.
• Chase Elliot Martin, 19, of Stuart, was arrested Nov. 12 for driving after illegally consuming alcohol at less than age 21.

• Michael Lee Yates, 50, of Patrick Springs, was arrested Nov. 13 for profane swearing or public intoxication.
Deputy D.A. Gray made the arrest.
• Billy Joe Smith Jr., 35, of Stuart, was arrested Nov. 13 for assault on a family member.
Deputy J.D. Hubbard made the arrest.
• Collin Joshua Russell, 33, of Stuart, was arrested Nov. 13 for driving with a revoked or suspended license, third-plus offense.
