The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

*Sheena Rene Nolen, 36, of Patrick Springs, was charged Oct. 21 with petty larceny. Deputy F.M. Hubbard was the arresting officer.

*Anthony Clarence Carter, 23, of Stuart, was charged Oct. 24 with abuse/neglect child. Inv. Linda Martin was the arresting officer.

*Jonathan Robert Smith, 36, of Patrick County Jail, was charged Oct. 25 with probation violation. Deputy B. Fields was the arresting officer.

*Ricky Lee Shinault, 47, of Claudville, was charged Oct. 25 with assault. Deputy Doug Perry was the arresting officer.

*Carolyn Sue Vernon, 40, of Stuart, was charged Oct. 26 with two counts of abuse/neglect child. Inv. Tennille E. Jessup was the arresting officer.

*Chester Dwayne Vernon, 59, of Stuart, was charged Oct. 26 with two counts of abuse/neglect child. Inv. Tennille E. Jessup was the arresting officer.

*Jessica Conner Ratliff, 38, of Patrick Springs, was charged Oct. 27 with fail to comply with court order. Deputy R. Dillon was the arresting officer.

*George Kevin Rucker, 39, address unavailable, was charged Oct. 27 with probation violation. Deputy J.G. Pickerel was the arresting officer.

*Jordan Anthony Capps, 21, of Spencer, was charged Oct. 28 with one count each reckless drive and drive while intoxicated. Trooper L.J. D’Albero was the arresting officer.
