Patrick County Sheriff Dan Smith reported the following arrests:
• Mark Allen Mitchell, 54, Mount Airy, N.C., on Dec. 13, three counts pointing/brandishing a firearm, one count each possess firearm by convicted violent felon, statutory burglary (indictment), larceny of a firearm (indictment), destruction of property (indictment) and possess firearm by felon (indictment). Investigator T.K. Wilson made the arrest.
• Sammy Odell Coleman, 31, Stuart, charged Dec. 15 with possess Schedule I or II controlled substance. Arrest made by K.D. Mabe.
• Leonard George Branch Jr., 42, Martinsville, charged Dec. 16 with two counts profane/threatening language over public airway. Arrest made by Deputy Ronald Williams.
• Stephen Timothy Wilcox, 58, Spencer on Dec. 16, is being held as a material witness. Lt. David Jones placed him in custody.
• Christopher Alan Ramsey, 49, Spencer, charged on Dec. 17 with fail to comply with the terms of bond. Deputy Daniel Gray made the arrest.
• Marianna Elizabeth Lopez, 24, Stuart, on Dec. 17, probation violation. Deputy Christian Gilbert made the arrest.
• Robert Graham Hancock Jr. 25, Spencer, charged on Dec. 18 with destruction/damage and assault. Deputy Daniel Gray made the arrest.
• Steven Franklin Stanley, 50, Stuart, charged Dec. 18 with petty larceny. Deputy Dustin Foley made the arrest.
• Jerry Lee Lawson, 56, Collinsville, charged Dec. 20 with profane swearing or public intoxication. Lt. R.S. Coleman made the arrest.
• Holly Michele Smith, 27, Stuart, charged Dec. 20 with DWI, first offense; driving a motor vehicle with a revoked/suspended license, and profane swearing or public intoxication. Deputy O. Tejeda made the arrest.
• James Michael Lawson, 24, Stuart, charged Dec. 20 with assault and battery on a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct in street/public place, and obstruction of justice: official victim, no threat/force. Deputy C.K. Meredith made the arrest.
• Stephanie Ann Davis, 43, Patrick Springs, charged Dec. 24 with grand larceny and violating protective orders. Deputy O. Tejeda made the arrest.
• Kevin Shane Belcher, 23, Stuart, charged Dec. 27 with monument: intentional damage, value less than $1,000. Deputy D. Dillon made the arrest.
• Kevin Shane Belcher, 24, Stuart, charged Dec. 28 with probation violation. Lt. Mark Sowder made the arrest.
• Jeffery Lewis Spencer, 55, Woolwine, charged Dec. 28 with profane swearing or public intoxication. Deputy J.G. Pickerel made the arrest.
• Anthony Ray Haynes, 46, Mt. Airy, charged Dec. 28 with capias: failure to appear, law enforcement command: disregard/continuing to drive-endanger, and driving a motor vehicle with a revoked or suspended license. Deputy J.G. Pickerel made the arrest.
