The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
*Christopher Lee Penn, 41, of Patrick Springs, was charged July 23 with assault. Deputy D.B. Perry was the arresting officer.
*Tonya Renee Holt, 42, of Stuart, was charged July 23 with probation violation. Deputy E. Sain was the arresting officer.
*James Lester Helton, 43, address unavailable, was charged July 29 with fail to appear. Deputy Mark Sowder was the arresting officer.
*Danielle Brooke Wade, 28, of Floyd, was charged July 30 with unauthorized use of vehicle. Pulaski PD made the arrest for Patrick County.
