Draper Mercantile will host author Royce Greenwood “Woody” Lookabill and Patrick native and author Thomas D. “Tom” Perry for a double book release on May 19.
Lookabill, who lives in Pulaski County, is the author of “That’s a Damn Good Dog! Commonwealth of Virginia vs. Stephen Matteson Epperly (1980) A Retrospective.”
Perry, an Ararat resident, is the author of “Stranger than Fiction: Reid Stanger Fulton of the Graham Mansion” and many other books about local and area history.
The event will be held at Draper Mercantile, 3054 Greenbriar Road, Draper, beginning at 6 p.m. with a buffet meal and book talks beginning at 7 p.m.
