Mike Noonkesterk, president of Ararat Ruritan Club presented the Ruritan Of The Year (2018) award to Josephine (Jo) Bondurant Slate. She has consistently cooked our main course (meat) and attended our meetings for more than five years.
Noonkester also presented a plaque to Temple Bowman, the oldest serving member. Bowman consistently attended meetings, went to a lot of conventions, and served as treasurer during these years.
