Barbara Isabella Pickering, 80 of Woolwine passed on Tuesday, December 8, 2020. She was the daughter of Frances and Jeanette Storms of Pigseye, NJ. She was the oldest of seven children.

Barbara Isabella Pickering worked as a school bus driver for Franklin Township, NJ for ten years and then drove senior citizens to doctor appointments for the New Jersey Department for aging for eight years before moving to Woolwine in 1996.

She is preceded by her husband of sixty four years, Thomas Aaron Pickering also of Woolwine.

She is survived by two sisters, Lorraine Koppenaal of Petricktown, NJ and Sharon Lee and her husband, Steven Hepperie of Punta Gorda, FL four children, Yvonnia M Tasker and Husband Terry of Wilmington, DE, Tania J Pickering of Critz, VA, Yolanda C Gritz and husband Joseph of Mullica Hill, NJ, Thomas A. Pickering II and wife Debra of West Deptford, NJ, sixteen grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren, twelve great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and friends.

All services will be private

In lieu of flowers, please plant roses in her memory.
