Riley Ginger with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) serving western Virginia, will present a series of free talks at the Patrick County Library over the next few months.

On Aug. 25, Ginger will present BBB Employment Scams and Job Search beginning at 3:30 p.m. The library is located at 116 W Blue Ridge St., Stuart.
When searching for a job, the last thing you want to happen is getting scammed by an employment opportunity. Job search sites make it easier now more than ever for scammers to post fake job listings. BBB Serving Western VA is partnering with the Patrick County Library to bring you vital information you need to know, such as:
How to know if a job offer is a scam.
What makes you more at risk of an employment scam.
