Spencer-Penn Centre will welcome Ed Gowen back for another Bob Ross Painting Workshop on Saturday, July 16 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Class fees are $65. This includes instructions and the use of paints and brushes; 16×20 canvases will be available for $10 each or bring your own. Framing for the painting is $45.
