Ronald and Joyce Greene, Mr. and Mrs. Poor Farmer, will celebrate the 37th year of business of the Poor Farmer’s Farm County Store in Vesta on June 18.
A celebration will be held at the store from 1 to 3 p.m. with The County Boys performing on the front porch bluegrass music stage. Food from “Joyce’s Country Deli,” the store’s newest addition, will be available throughout the event.
A drawing for one of the store’s country quilts will also take place during the celebration. Raffle tickets for the quilt can be purchased at the store for $3 each until the day of the event.
