Mr. C. Leonard Harris, age 82 of Meadows of Dan, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at his home. He was born in Patrick County on September 4, 1940, to the late Lloyd Harris and Freda Nester Harris. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Marie Pack Harris; and three brothers, Larry, Ray, and Danny Harris. Leonard was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.

Surviving is a daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Michael Haas of Meadows of Dan; one son, Timmy Harris of Meadows of Dan; six grandchildren, Jonathan Haas, Morgan Fain and husband, Brandon, Brooklyn Modlin and husband, Kevin, Devin Harris, Justice Harris, Caleb Sutphin; three great grandchildren, Autumn Rose Modlin, Lucas Modlin, Max Haas; one brother, Glenn Harris of Stuart; and one sister, Hilda Sink of Bassett.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Faith Baptist Church with Pastor Joe Young officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Online condolences may be sent to www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
