Six-month-old infant Carson Wayne Haden died Friday, November 18, 2016.
He was born in Mount Airy, N.C., on May 16, 2016. While he was only with us a short time, it felt like a lifetime. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Wendy Martin; and paternal great-great-grandmother, Brooxie Ingle. Carson was a happy, outgoing, and energetic baby.
Carson is survived by his mother, Nicole Lynn Bowman of Pilot Mountain, N.C.; his father, Dustin Wayne Haden of Lawsonville, N.C.; maternal grandparents, Tina Adkins and David Bowman and Linda Sue Bowman, all of Pilot Mountain; paternal grandfather, Billy Martin Jr. of Lawsonville; maternal great-grandparents, Vela Mae Hiatt of Mount Airy, N.C., Nadine Farmer of Winston-Salem, N.C., and Linda Bowman of Pilot Mountain; paternal great-grandparents, James and Carolyn Ingle of Stuart, Gary and Judy Haden of Charity, and Billy and Ada Martin of Lawsonville; paternal great-great-grandparents, Alvin and Charlotte Belcher of Woolwine and Lyle Ingle of Stuart; an aunt, Heather Martin of Lawsonville, NC; an uncle, Christopher Scott Adkins of Mount Airy, NC; and a godfather, Deleep Singh Paul of Sandy Ridge, NC.
Funeral services will be held today (Tuesday) at 2 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Stuart with Pastor Shaun Draughn officiating. Burial will immediately follow in Aaron’s Corner Primitive Baptist Church cemetery.
