The Creative Arts Center will host several classes in October, including Beginner Stained Glass, Introduction to Alcohol Inks and Painting with Grace.

Located at 334 Patrick Avenue, Stuart, the center will host the Beginner Stained Glass class from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. for four weeks – Oct. 9, 16th, 23, and 30. Aleen Wilson is the instructor. Experience is not needed. The $150 fee includes all materials.

Artist Cindy Howe will hold an introductory Alcohol Inks class at the Center on Sunday, October 22 from 2 to 4 p.m. All materials and inks are included in the $28 fee for the class.

Beginning Oct. 13, reserve the second Friday of each month for Painting with Grace, a fun painting class with Grace Helms, art instructor for Patrick County schools. Students will create a monthly-themed painting. Classes are held from 6 to 8 p.m. The monthly cost is $30 per person.

All classes will open public 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Participants may bring food and drink to enjoy during the class.
