Are you tired of cabin fever, being snowbound, or fighting long lines for that essential pre-storm milk and bread?
If that’s your problem, the Patrick County Chamber of Commerce has a solution: you are cordially invited to the 2016 Chamber Banquet and Awards Presentation at the Reynolds Homestead on Friday, Jan. 29.
Time is getting short, and you need to reserve your spot for the event. Seats are limited to the first 125 attendees. Tickets will be $25 before Jan. 27 and $30 at the door.
“The awards recognize the work, leadership, and commitment of members of the Patrick County Chamber of Commerce,” said Tim Collins, executive director of the chamber.
Awards will be given in the following categories: Small Business of the Year; Large Business of the Year; the Patrick County Excellence in Tourism Award (Patrick’s Finest); the Chamber Community Partnership Award; the Chamber Ambassador Award, and the Business of the Year.
“This will be an extraordinary evening of great food and entertainment, plus Stanburn Winery will be on hand,” Collins said.
There will also be door prizes and a silent auction. Festivities will begin at 5:30 p.m.
“The Patrick County Chamber of Commerce will recognize the community members who have given selflessly of their time, energy and resources to our community in order to make it a better place,” Collins said.
