The Patrick County Community Food Bank will hold a distribution day in the morning in Ararat from 8:30-11 a.m., and in Meadows of Dan from 5-6:30 p.m.
The Patrick County Chamber of Commerce’s monthly Lunch and Learn will be held at 12 p.m. Rebecca Adcock will discuss the programs and projects the chamber is focusing on this year. Patrick & Henry Community College (P&HCC) will hold a professional development Setting Achievable Goals from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. The cost is $49 and can be attended virtually only.

The Carroll County Genealogy Club will hold a special called meeting at 4 p.m. The meeting will be postponed if Carroll County Schools are closed for inclement weather.

The Woolwine United Methodist Church mobile food pantry and the Ross Harbour Clothing Ministry will be at the Fairystone Fire Department from 3-5 p.m.

The Patrick & Henry Community College (P&HCC) Board ad hoc Nominating Committee will meet at 11 a.m. in the Frith Conference Room #145 to prepare a slate of officers and committee members for the next four years. It is a public meeting, but the committee will not receive public comment.

Patrick & Henry Community College (P&HCC) will hold a series of Learning Leadership Community virtual sessions every other Wednesday from Jan. 12 to June 22 from 4 to 5 p.m. 12 sessions $225, nine sessions cost $175, six sessions are $100, three sessions are $50 and individual session are $25.
