Patrick County Alzheimer’s Group LLC is open Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. During opening hours an inside yard sale is open to the public. Proceeds from the yard sales are used to purchase supplies. Members meet on the first Monday of every month at 6 p.m. in the Alzheimer’s office, located on Wood Brothers Drive, in the basement of Hills Tax Service. New members are welcome. Two branches of the Alzheimer’s Group LLC have been established in the Vesta and Ararat communities. The Ararat group meets at the Fellowship Church in Ararat on the second Thursday each month at 12 p.m. The Vesta group meets at the Vesta Community Center on the third Tuesday each month at 12 p.m. Both groups welcome new members and invite caregivers to attend.
