Virginia Legal Aid Society: will remain open and the telephone intake and advice system, will remain open during its normal business hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at 866-534-5243 (866-LEGL-AID). VLAS’s five offices in Lynchburg, Danville, Martinsville, Farmville and Suffolk will remain open by appointment and during limited open business hours. Supreme Court of Virginia: Courts and clerks’ offices shall remain operational and provide services required by law while, at the same time, maintaining protections for the health and safety of court users and personnel. The court shall continue all civil, traffic and criminal matters, including jury trials, except for emergencies.
