The Stuart Farmers’ Market is now open for on-site shopping on Fridays 8 a.m. to noon. No sales before 8 a.m. Vendors are transitioning into the summer months, with seasonal vegetables like cucumbers, tomatoes, corn, beans and plenty more. Vacation Bible School – Minnie’s Chapel Wesleyan Church – Aug. 1; ages 2-12. Registration begins at 8:45 a.m. Bible school will be held from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The theme is ‘Anchored.’ There will be a hotdog supper and program on Sunday, Aug. 2 beginning at 6 p.m.
