FARMERS MARKET: music by the F.A.R.M. T.E.A.M., locally grown produce, fruit, meats, eggs, baked items, and more; 8 a.m. to noon, Stuart Farmers Market.

 

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 22

PHILPOTT PROJECT CELEBRATION: 65th anniversary celebration, free, tours at the dam, exhibitors and displays, games and activities for youngsters, K-9 bomb dog demonstration, food available for purchase, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Philpott Lake and Dam, 1058 Philpott Dam Rd., Bassett. HANDY FAMILY REUNION: descendents and relatives of Sam and Elizabeth Handy, doors open at 10:30 a.m., meal begins at 1 p.m., bring a covered dish to share, family pictures, musical instruments, and donation to cover the cost of the use of the building. Patrick Springs Volunteer Fire Department.

HOMECOMING: music by The Glory Road Singers at 10:15 a.m., homecoming service 11:15, lunch will follow.
