Staff members will be in the Patrick County Administration Building Conference Room, located at 106 Rucker Street, Stuart, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Staff will be in Martinsville from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at the City of Martinsville Municipal Building, Conference Room #32, Lower Level, 55 W. Church Street.
