Constitution Week, September 17-23, marks the 226th anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution. Over the years Americans have sacrificed and died to protect the rights of all citizens as guaranteed by this document. Colonel Abram Penn Chapter is displaying the Constitution and other pieces of historic value in the entrance to Patrick County Library. You may take a pamphlet on Patrick Henry, James Madison, helping our veterans, and the story of the Star Spangled Banner or learning More about DAR. The exhibit wil remain in the library entrance through September 24.
