The Patrick County High School boys’ soccer team lost to Magna Vista 5-0 in the final regular season match last Monday night.
“We looked really good in the first half—we took control of the game and kept possession for the majority of the half,” said Coach Oscar Tejeda.
“The second half was a different story,” he said. “We came out flat and Magna Vista took advantage of it. It was hard to watch our performance from the first half to the second,” Tejeda said.
The Cougar soccer team traveled to Cave Spring Monday night for the first round of Conference 32 Tournament action.
