Morgan Cambron was this year’s recipient of the DAR Youth Citizenship Award from Blue Ridge Elementary School. She lives in Ararat with her mom and step-dad, Jennifer and Mike Easter; and brother, Peyton.
Cambron has been very active in Junior Beta club since fourth grade and is part of the Challenge and Explore program. She also was a member of the Patrick County Middle School soccer team this year. Her favorite academic subject is Math, but in her spare time, she enjoys painting, reading, and swimming. During the summer, Cambron is looking forward to attending 4-H camp, a trip to the beach and hanging out with her friends. She is super-excited about starting her career at Patrick County High School this fall.
