Drug probe cases unsealed by court

Indictments resulting from a two-year covert drug investigation by the Patrick County Sheriff’s Office were unsealed and released by the Patrick County Circuit Court June 15.
The indictments, which were issued by a grand jury on June 6, were for distribution of narcotics, such as methamphetamine, cocaine, oxycontin and other drugs.
The following individuals were indicted:
• Brian James Addonizio, charged with possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with two counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• James Carver Agee, charged with manufacturing marijuana.
• Deontray Lemetris Battle, charged with two counts of distribution of a Schedule I or II controlled substance, second or subsequent offense.
• Lucas Karl Bergmann, charged with sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Bryant Gregory Bowman, charged with sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Ernest Brian Brodie, charged with three counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Bradley Keith Cassell, charged with conspiracy to sell a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with four counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Barry Scott Cohen, charged with sale of marijuana, more than one-half ounce and less than five pounds; charged with possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Lisa Dean Crockett, charged with conspiracy to sell a Schedule I or II controlled substance and sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Darrell Nigel Dodson, charged with sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance, third or subsequent offense.
• David Issac Ezzell, charged with sale of marijuana, more than half an ounce and less than five pounds; charged with sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Alvis McCray Foley Jr., charged with sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with two counts of distribution of a Schedule I or II controlled substance; second or subsequent offense.
• Justin Whitt-Lowe Gilbert, charged with sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with conspiracy to sell a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Randy Lynville Griffith, charged with sale of a Schedule III controlled substance; charged with distribution of a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with conspiracy to sell a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with manufacturing a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with possession of precursors to manufacture methamphetamine.
• Brandy Renee Gwinn, charged with sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Joshua Lance Hall, charged with sale of a Schedule III controlled substance.
• Anthony Wayne Harris Jr., charged with three counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Rosemary Virginia Deegan Hart, charged with possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance. • Nicole Renae Hill, charged with possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Matthew Paul Holt, charged with two counts of sale of a Schedule III controlled substance; charged with sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Jennifer Nicole Hylton, charged with two counts of conspiracy to sell a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with two counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Ray Anthony Hylton, charged with manufacturing marijuana.
• Dylan Lewis Jones, charged with possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Steven Ray Joyce, charged with manufacturing marijuana.
• Joshua Wayne Justice, charged with two counts of sale of an imitation controlled substance; charged with two counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Mark Allen Kurtz, charged with sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Terence Dwayne Lewis, charged with four counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Christopher Hampton Maxwell, charged with two counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with two counts of possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance.
• David McGraw, charged with three counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with conspiracy to sell a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Justin Davis Michalski-Karney, charged with two counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Ashley Renee Moore, aka Ashley Moore Lawson, charged with conspiracy to sell a Schedule III controlled substance; charged with sale of a Schedule III controlled substance.
• Derek Lee Moore, charged with four counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Brianna Michelle Morgan, charged with three counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with conspiracy to sell an imitation controlled substance; charged with sale of an imitation controlled substance; charged with two counts of conspiracy to sell a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Martin Eugene Morgan, charged with two counts of manufacturing marijuana in a child’s presence; charged with two counts of conspiracy to sell a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with two counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with sale of an imitation controlled substance; charged with conspiracy to sell an imitation controlled substance.
• Anthony Joseph Mullins, charged with three counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with conspiracy to sell a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Tommy Pauley, charged with conspiracy to sell a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Micah Bradley Rakes, charged with sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with conspiracy to sell a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Brandon Ortega Reid, charged with five counts of distribution of a Schedule I or II controlled substance, second or subsequent offense.
• Cassandra Dawn Rorrer, charged with sale of an imitation controlled substance.
• Michael Lee Rorrer, charged with sale of a Schedule III controlled substance; charged with two counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• James Theodore Sheffield, charged with two counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Robert Burke Stedman Jr., charged with manufacturing marijuana.
• Brandon Ray Taylor, charged with four counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• David Wayne Trent, charged with three counts of sale of marijuana, more than half an ounce and less than five pounds; charged with sale of a Schedule III controlled substance.
• Lance Alan Waldrop, charged with sale or distribution of marijuana, more than half an ounce, less than five pounds; charged with possession of a Schedule III controlled substance; charged with two counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Bruce Alan Walker, aka Bruce Allen Walker, charged with sale of a Schedule III controlled substance.
• Jordan Ruckert Webb, charged with sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with possession of marijuana; charged with possession of a schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Jesse James West, charged with sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Annie Oakley Williams, charged with two counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with conspiracy to sell a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Jason Ray Ziglar, charged with three counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance; charged with sale of a Schedule III controlled substance; charged with conspiracy to sell a Schedule III controlled substance.
