Edith Wood Page, 94, of Colonial Heights, died on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, at Gilcrest Hospice Home in Howard County, Md.
She was born on April 28, 1922 and was a daughter of the late Myrtle Turner Wood and Robert Amos Wood. She was also predeceased by her husband, Charles W. Page; and a brother, David Wood.
She was a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church and worked as a medical secretary until she retired.
Surviving are one daughter, Jeanne F. Wingo and husband Butch of Ellicott City, Md.; two sons, Charles R. Page and wife April of South Chesterfield and Richard E. Page and wife Betty of Blackstone; one sister, Nancy R Droste of Roanoke; one brother, Robert S. Wood and wife Ella Mae of Burnsville, N.C.; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The funeral was held Tuesday at Norris Funeral Services Chapel in Stuart with the Rev. David Schill officiating. Burial was in the Jermiah Turner Cemetery in Patrick County.
