BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in dining room:
Mon.: mini corn dogs; Tues: blueberry muffin, biscuit and gravy; Wed.: pancake and sausage on stick; Thurs.: mini cinnis, scrambled eggs and toast; Fri.: ham croissant.
Cereal, toast, Pop Tart, string cheese, assorted fruit and juice, and a choice of milk are offered daily.
The student must select three food items, including at least 1/2 cup fruit, to have a reimbursable meal.
LUNCH: Mon.: pizza or pork carnita, Mexican rice, sautéed peppers, onions, sweet potato fries, fruit cup or fresh fruit; Tues: roasted turkey with gravy and roll or ham and roll, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, fruit cup/fresh fruit; Wed.: hamburger with lettuce, tomato or pasta primavera and roll, turnip greens, pintos, fruit cup/fresh fruit, cookie; Thurs.: pork patty with gravy and roll or chicken pot pie, honey roasted sweet potatoes, corn, spiced apples/fresh fruit; Fri.: chicken fillet on bun, lettuce, tomato, French fries,fruit cup/fresh fruit.
WOW butter sandwiches (with or without jelly), toasted cheese sandwiches, chef’s salad, tossed salads, and a choice of milk are offered daily.
