BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in dining room:

Mon.: blueberry mini waffle, breakfast pizza; Tue.: chicken biscuit; Wed.: chocolate chip breakfast bar, biscuit and gravy; Thurs. glazed doughnut; Fri.: WOW jelly jamwich.

Cereal, toast, Pop Tart, string cheese, assorted fruit and juice, and a choice of milk are offered daily.

LUNCH: Mon.: cheeseburger on bun or chicken fillet on bun, lettuce, tomato, potato cubes, seasoned green beans; Tues.: pizza or park carnita with tortilla, Mexican flavored rice, sautéed peppers and onion strips, yellow corn, green peas; Wed.: oven fried crispy chicken or pork chop with gravy, roll or yeast roll, pinto beans, sweet potato casserole; Thurs.: toasted cheese sandwich, fresh vegetable soup and crackers, veggies and dip, blueberry smoothie (early dismissal); Fri.: cheese quesadilla or teriyaki chicken and roll, chicken flavored rice, salsa or shrimp sauce, Oriental stir fry vegetables, sweet glazed carrots..

WOW butter sandwiches (with or without jelly), toasted cheese sandwiches, chef’s salad, tossed salads, and fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk are offered daily.
