BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in dining room:
Mon.: mini maple pancakes; Tue.: chicken biscuit; Wed.: cinnamon cheese bagel, egg and cheese biscuit; Thurs.: blueberry mini waffles biscuit with gravy; Fri.: chocolate chip muffin.
Cereal, toast, Pop Tart, string cheese, assorted fruit and juice, and a choice of milk are offered daily.
LUNCH: Mon.: chicken fillet on bun or hamburger on bun, lettuce, tomato, potato cubes, green beans; Tues.: cheese quesadilla and salsa or Asian chicken with rice and roll, sweet glazed diced carrots, steamed broccoli; Wed.: oven fried chicken or glazed meatloaf, roll, pinto beans and onions, mashed potatoes; Thurs.: toasted cheese sandwich or WOW butter and jelly sandwich, vegetable soup and crackers, baby carrots and dip, blueberry smoothie; Fri.: pizza or tossed salad, sautéed peppers and onions, seasoned corn, green peas.
WOW butter sandwiches (with or without jelly), toasted cheese sandwiches, chef’s salad, tossed salads, and fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk are offered daily.
