BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in dining room:

Mon.: sausage biscuit; Tue.: French toast sticks; Wed.: mini corn dogs; Thurs.: ham and cheese croissant; Fri.: chocolate chip muffin, biscuit and gravy.

Cereal, toast, Pop Tart, string cheese, assorted fruit and juice, and a choice of milk are offered daily.

The student must select three food items, including at least 1/2 cup fruit, to have a reimbursable meal.

LUNCH: Mon.: popcorn chicken and roll or deviled eggs and roll, green beans, mashed potatoes, fruit cup/fresh fruit; Tue.: ham or meatloaf, cornbread, macaroni and cheese, green peas, honey roasted sweet potatoes, fruit cup/fresh fruit; Wed., pizza or chicken fajita, chicken flavored rice, sautéed peppers and onions, lettuce, tomato, salsa, corn salad, fresh fruit/fruit cup, Thurs.: roasted turkey with gravy and roll or pork patty with gravy and roll, stuffing, great northern beans, coleslaw, fruit cup/fresh fruit; Fri.: toasted cheese sandwich or ham-jalapeno wrap, Cougar soup with crackers, vegetables with ranch dip, fresh fruit/fruit cup, cookie.

WOW butter sandwiches (with or without jelly), toasted cheese sandwiches, chef’s salad, tossed salads, and a choice of milk are offered daily.
