BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in dining room:

Mon.: Dutch waffle; Tue.: French toast breakfast bar, biscuit and gravy; Wed.: chicken biscuit; Thurs.: breakfast pizza; Fri.: mini maple pancakes, scrambled eggs and toast.

Cereal, toast, Pop Tart, string cheese, assorted fruit and juice, and a choice of milk are offered daily.

The student must select three food items, including at least 1/2 cup fruit, to have a reimbursable meal.

LUNCH: Mon.: cheese sticks with pizza sauce or honey barbecue pork rib on bun, coleslaw, pickles, onions, green beans, cookie, fruit cup/fresh fruit; Tue.: Italian pasta bake and roll or chicken and gravy with roll, steamed broccoli, pinto beans, fruit cup/fresh fruit; Wed., corn dog or taco soup and cornbread, Mexican rice, lima beans, quick baked potato, fruit cup/fresh fruit, Thurs.: popcorn chicken or deli turkey croissant, buttered corn, lettuce, tomato, blueberry soup or fruit cup, gingerbread; Fri.: chicken fillet on bun or pork barbecue on bun, vegetable chili with crackers, lettuce, tomato, coleslaw, French fries, fresh fruit/fruit cup.

WOW butter sandwiches (with or without jelly), toasted cheese sandwiches, chef’s salad, tossed salads, and a choice of milk are offered daily.
