BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in cafeteria:
Mon.: Dutch waffle; Tues.: mini French toast, French toast sticks/syrup; Wed.: chicken biscuit; Thurs.: chocolate chip muffin, biscuit/gravy; Fri.: blueberry mini waffle, scrambled eggs w/toast.
Toast plus one item of: cereal, pop tart, or string cheese; fruit or fruit juice; milk available daily.
LUNCH: Mon.: cheese sticks with sauce or chicken/cheese quesadilla, salsa, sour cream, corn salad, sweet potato fries; Tues.: meatloaf w/yeast roll or manager’s choice, pinto beans, onions, creamy mashed potatoes; Wed.: pizza or manager’s choice, sautéed peppers and onions, seasoned corn, green peas ; Thurs.: toasted cheese sandwich or jalapeno ham wrap, vegetable soup/crackers, baby carrots, fruit smoothie; Fri.: hamburger w/bun, lettuce, tomato, green beans, potato cubes.
WOW jelly/cheese stick, toasted cheese sandwich, chef salad, and fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk are offered daily.
