BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in cafeteria:
Mon.: chocolate chip muffin, breakfast pizza; Tues.: chicken biscuit; Wed.: dutch waffle, scrambled eggs with toast; Thurs.: pancake on a stick; Fri.: sausage biscuit.
Toast plus one item of: cereal, pop tart, or string cheese; fruit or fruit juice; milk available daily.
LUNCH: Mon.: Asian chicken, cheese enchiladas or chicken flavored rice, stir fry vegetables, shrimp sauce, sweet glazed carrots, graham crackers ; Tues.: meatloaf cheeseburger with bun or manager’s choice, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, sweet potato fries, seasoned mixed vegetables; Wed.: spaghetti with meat sauce and roll or manager’s choice, seasoned corn, tomato and cucumber slices; Thurs.: popcorn chicken or manager’s choice with yeast roll, seasoned green beans, cheesy potatoes; Fri.: arroz con pollo with yeast roll or jalapeno vegetable wrap, salsa, sour cream, refried beans, steamed broccoli.
WOW jelly/cheese stick, toasted cheese sandwich, chef salad, and fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk are offered daily.
