BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in dining room:
Mon.: blueberry muffin, biscuit and gravy; Tues.: mini corn dogs; Wed. chicken biscuit; Thurs.: mini cinnis, scrambled eggs and toast; Fri.: ham biscuit.
Cereal, toast, Pop Tart, string cheese, assorted fruit and juice, and a choice of milk are offered daily.
LUNCH: Mon. chicken fillet with bun or turkey and cheese panini, vegetable chili with crackers, lettuce, tomato, French fries; Tues.: Salisbury steak with gravy or cheese quesadilla, roll or rice, stir fry vegetables with shrimp sauce, green peas; Wed.: cheesy burger and bun or pasta primavera and roll, lettuce, tomato, pickles, turnip greens, pinto beans; Thurs.: roasted turkey and gravy, ham, roll, mashed potatoes, green beans, fresh fruit/cranberry sauce; Fri.: pork patty with gravy or lasagna, roll, glazed sweet potatoes, seasoned corn, spiced apples/fresh fruit.
WOW butter sandwiches (with or without jelly), toasted cheese sandwiches, chef’s salad, tossed salads, and fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk are offered daily.
