BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in dining room: Mon.: French toast breakfast bar; biscuit and gravy; Tues: Dutch waffle; Wed.: chicken biscuit; Thurs.: breakfast pizza; Fri.: mini maple pancakes, scrambled eggs and toast.. Cereal, toast, Pop Tart, string cheese, assorted fruit and juice, and a choice of milk are offered daily. The student must select three food items, including at least 1/2 cup fruit, to have a reimbursable meal.
LUNCH: Mon.: barbecue on bun or white chicken chili, Tostitos, chicken flavored rice, green beans, coleslaw, tomato/cucumber salad, fruit cup or fresh fruit; Tues: hot dog with chili or fish sandwich, French fries, coleslaw, baked beans, fruit cup/fresh fruit; Wed.: lasagna and roll or pork patty with gravy and roll, lima beans, corn, fruit cup/fresh fruit; Thurs.: beef taco or chicken wrap, lettuce, tomato, salsa, cheesy potatoes, refried beans, sweet potato bread, fruit cup/fresh fruit; Fri.: chicken and gravy with biscuit or sausage and gravy with biscuit, green peas, honey roasted sweet potatoes, fruit cup/fresh fruit.
WOW butter sandwiches (with or without jelly), toasted cheese sandwiches, chef’s salad, tossed salads, and a choice of milk are offered daily. The student must select three food components, including at least 1/2 cup fruit or vegetable to have a reimbursable meal.
