Emmett Ray Stephenson “POPS”, 59 passed away peacefully at his home in Claudville, VA on February 12, 2021.
He is predeceased by his significant other, Teresa Sigmon of Claudville, VA and his sister Betty Smith of Florida.
He is also leaving behind 3 children Brandon Stephenson 24 of Hillsville, VA, Bobbie Joe Stephenson 18 of Mount Airy, NC, and Bradley Stephenson 17 of Mount Airy, NC. Along with his children, there are 3 beautiful grandchildren Brantley Wayne Adkins 4 of Mount Airy, NC, BrayLeigh Payge Reinhard 3 of Hillsville, VA, Bryar Zayne Stephenson 5 months of Hillsville, VA.
When Pops wasn’t with his family, you could find him listening to music or sitting by a fire. Just enjoying life to the fullest. He will be missed by so many. Fly High Pops, this goes out to the last rebel on the road, where the hog meets the log. We love you.
