Anthony Flaccavento, the Democratic candidate for the 9th District seat in the House of Representatives, will hold a Get Out the Vote rally in Stuart on Friday, Nov. 2, beginning at 3:30 p.m.

Patrick County voters are invited to attend the event, which is free and open to the public. The rally will take place at the Hooker Building at Rotary Field, 420 Woodland Drive in Stuart.

The rally will kick off with live music from local musicians and light refreshments will be served.

Flaccavento, of Abingdon, hopes to unseat Republican incumbent U.S. Rep. Morgan Griffith of Salem, in the Nov. 6 election.
