Volunteers with the Friends of Fairy Stone State Park installed their new Adopt a Trail sign this week, officially marking their commitment to the Oak Hickory Trail. By adopting the trail, the group has pledged to perform monthly maintenance to help keep the route safe, clean, and enjoyable for park visitors. Their ongoing stewardship supports both trail health and the overall visitor experience at Fairy Stone State Park.
Volunteers with the Friends of Fairy Stone State Park were also recognized for their outstanding service to the park community. Each received a certificate for contributing more than 50 hours of volunteer time.
